DS SIGMA THROUGH THE YEARS
Kaisung Industries Sdn Bhd was established to supply plastic and protective packaging products at a rented shop office in Balakong.
2002
Dai Suwon Packaging Sdn Bhd was incorporated to begin operations as a one-stop packaging centre with the supply of corrugated paper packaging products. We relocated to a terrace factory located at Puchong to serve as our warehouse.
2003
Dai Suwon Manufacturing Sdn Bhd was incorporated to manufacture corrugated paper packaging products in a rented semi-detached factory in Telok Gong, Port Klang in Selangor.
2004
We began operations for processing of plastic and foam bags at our Puchong Facility.
2006
We commenced providing consignment inventory management to 16 parts manufacturing vendors of one of our major customers.
2008
To cater to increased demand and customer base, we increased our capacity to a total of 25 machineries with over 70 staff.
2013
We expanded our corrugated paper manufacturing by purchasing a new factory in Nilai (approx. 31k sqft built up)
2014
We relocated our main manufacturing operations to No. 29 Klang Factory (approx. 32k sqft built up)
2015
In view of increasing demand, we acquired the factory lot next to No. 29 Klang Factory, namely No. 27 Klang Factory.
2018
We increased our capacity to over 25,000MT with new machineries including fully automatic flatbed die-cutting machine, and automatic folding, stitching and gluing machine.
2019
DS SIGMA Holdings Berhad was incorporated to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
