Business Development Executive

(Salary Range: RM3500 to RM4000)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will at least 3 years of experience and will be responsible for providing administrative and business support to the Executive Director, as well as assisting with key business activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist with key business activities, such as business development, marketing, and project management.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Manage and maintain records, databases, and other systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and other stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Able to speak in Mandarin will have added advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business development, marketing, and project management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Packaging Innovation Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Design and Development

  • Responsible as customer technical support for Dai Suwon group of company
  • Responsible in review First Article Inspection (FAI) report and oversees sample preparation
  • Responsible for customer new product packaging design
  • Responsible for packaging or material testing as per international or customer procedure
  • Responsible for preparing packaging or material test report

B. Process Engineering

  • Monitoring of FMEA and control plan
  • Assist Production team on process improvement and troubleshooting
  • Any other task as deemed necessary by higher authority personnel

Delivery Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing Delivery Order (DO) via internal system and customer website system.
  • Daily oversee on customer forecast schedule via customer website system.
  • Daily cross-checking on lorry drivers loading checklist record with Delivery Order.
  • Updating / recording on any reports as required.
  • Completing associated paperwork as the deadline required.
  • To liaise with internal departments on customers delivery arrangement.
  • To coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics department for overall day-to-day activities and ensure that operating in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the designated Superior/Manager and Management.

COMPETENCY LEVEL:

  • No working experiences are required.

C. Internal Quality Performance

  • Manage, organize and oversees daily operation a team of QA Assistant
  • Responsible in preparing QA monthly report and reporting to upper level management

 

D. Environment, Safety and Health

  • Monitoring the Aspect Impact and HIRARC
  • Handling Hazardous Chemical and Schedule Waste Management
  • Incident Investigation and Report
  • Handling Environment, Health and Safety Testing Management (e.g. Noise Risk Assessment, Audiometric test, CHRA, Boundary Noise)
  • Perform Environment, Health and Safety Training
  • Handling legal and compliance Obligation

 

E. Management System and Document Control

  • Assist to coordinate quality, environment, safety and health requirements (e.g. audit, management review, safety and health committee meeting)
  • Handling company calibration and IQA
